Mr. Hanratty obtained his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Cooley Law School in 1997 and began practicing law in 1998. His experience includes personal injury, consumer advocacy, Consumer (personal) bankruptcy, landlord/tenant law, Mortgage Litigation, and Student Loan Litigation. Mr. Hanratty handles all cases personally from beginning to end. Mr. Hanratty has handled trials before judges and juries since 1998.

Born on Guam, Edward G. Hanratty’s life has been one of constant movement and a relentless pursuit of justice. Edward’s educational journey led him to Thomas Cooley Law School, now Western Michigan University, where he pursued his passion for the law. He graduated in 1997 with a Juris Doctorate.
In 1998, Edward began practicing law at a Personal Injury Law Firm in Newark, New Jersey. His dedication and commitment to helping those in need quickly set him apart as a determined advocate for justice. He then moved down to Monmouth County, where he continued practicing in different law firms. In 2019, Edward opened his own law firm in Monmouth County, known as the Law Office of Edward Hanratty.
